Shomari Ali is the founder and head coach at OASIS7 STUDIOS. Shomari is a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is a lifetime multi-sport athlete and a current USPA powerlifter. His clients would describe his training style as effective though sometime intense and his personality as passionate, patient yet inspirational.

Shanai Walker is a personal trainer at OASIS7 studios that is committed to helping others not only reach their fitness goals, but provide tools and resources to maintain it as well. Shanai has always been passionate about health and fitness from playing various sports as a teen to becoming a Respiratory Therapist and now personal trainer. As a trainer Shanai’s passionate about showing other ladies that being strong, fit, and healthy is the real body goals, through effective and engaging fitness programming. Coach Rel Medina is a life-long athlete that got his introduction into sports through basketball. These roots reflect in Rel's training method. Coach Medina is an expert at pairing sport specific athletic training and strength training seamlessly to develop programs that work.
